UCLA College Commencement

Friday, June 14, 2024 | 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. | Pauley Pavilion

Congratulations, Class of 2024!
Here is some final information for your planning:

STUDENT ASSEMBLY

Please follow the instructions on your tickets and arrive one hour before your ceremony begins.  The student procession gathers at the Southeast side of Pauley Pavilion (near the Luskin Center and Spaulding Field).

GUESTS’ ARRIVAL

The doors of Pauley open for guests one hour before the ceremonies.  Because the student procession begins before the ceremony start time, please tell your guests to find their seats as soon as possible, if they want to see you enter Pauley.

Traffic will be heavy and parking will be difficult.  Advise your guests to be on campus more than one hour before your event’s start time.

ENCOURAGE YOUR GUESTS TO PLAN FOR PLENTY OF WALKING…

…especially if they want to visit the main campus while they are here.
Water will be available for purchase at the UCLA Store.

FAMILY MEETING LOCATION

Please choose a meeting location for you to reunite with your guests after the ceremony — it’s best if this location is away from the Pauley Pavilion area, because of the crowds that are expected.

FOR COVERAGE OF THE CEREMONIES

CEREMONY DECORUM

Commencement is a celebratory and dignified occasion. All graduates are expected to demonstrate True Bruin values before, during and after the ceremony. At this event, graduates must abide by the UCLA Student Conduct Code.
(Pending cases over the summer may impact closure of accounts and receipt of the diploma.)
